In energy vehicles, there is no big breakthrough in the current battery; the vehicle controller (VCU), motor controller (MCU) and battery management system in the electronic control, as well as the motor efficiency, lack space for improvement, and the most room for improvement It is the motor drive part, and the core component of the motor drive part is the IGBT.
