JST41Z-1600BW 40A 1600V two-way thyristor launched on the market

In response to customer demand, Jiejie Microelectronics has introduced two-way thyristor with IT(RMS)=40A and VDRM/VRRM≥1600V. The thyristor is designed for buffer-free three-quadrant operation and can be used for power reactive compensation switching. Switch (composite switch), motor control and other applications requiring high blocking voltage (withstand voltage); and use TO-3P insulated plastic package and TG-C metal package, in line with electrical insulation requirements, named JST41Z- 1600BW and JST40-1600BW.
